The business portfolio comprises the following:
Phase 1
- analysis and evaluation of the products
- selection of titles eligible for licensing
- definition of the target group
- compilation of potential recipients of the license
Phase 2
- generation of information materials on the selected products by the licensee, assisted and advised by IPR.
- establishing contact with selected potential partners by IPR.
- screening of the licensing needs of the recipient of the license.
Phase 3
- contract negotiations as well as the definition of the essential contractual elements (license fees, duration, terms of payment, assignment of rights, subsidiary rights, digital rights) in consultation with the licensor.
- foreign license contracts ready for signature.
