The demand for knowhow in the transnational business dialogue is growing and requires experienced pilots to achieve success. With two members of staff in the back office from the start I have created a far reaching intercultural and linguistic competence in order to even better address the requirements of my clients. The business portfolio of IPRBerlin Consult consists predominantly of clients from the European Economic Area.

Holger Behm, a trained secondary school teacher, co-founder of the “Georg-Büchner Buchladen” in Darmstadt, 1979/80 head of the editorial desk for ecology of the „tageszeitung“, 1981 until 1988 head of the press- and license department and from 1988 until 1990 managing director of the Rotbuch Verlag (Berlin). From 1990 until 1995 freelance publishing consultant and journalist. Ran a large number of workshops on the subject “Marketing and Management in the Publishing Industry” from the early until the mid-1990s in Middle- and Eastern Europe and in Kazakhstan and also at the end of the 1990s in Vietnam and in China. He is publisher and author of the book “Büchermacher der Zukunft (Tomorrow’s Bookmakers)” about Marketing and Management in Publishing, Wissenschaftliche Buchgemeinschaft Darmstadt. In 1996 employed by Cornelsen, one of the leading German educational publishers, he built up the department “International Co-operations/Licenses” and worked there as head of department until 2014. In early 2015, Holger Behm founded the consultancy firm IPRBerlin Consult. He is internationally active as a publishing consultant.
