Your personal data (e.g. title, name, house address, e-mail address, phone number, bank details, credit card number) are processed by us only in accordance with the provisions of German data privacy laws. The following provisions describe the type, scope and purpose of collecting, processing and utilizing personal data. This data privacy policy applies only to our web pages. If links on our pages route you to other pages, please inquire there about how your data are handled in such cases.

Inventory data

(1) Your personal data, insofar as these are necessary for this contractual relationship (inventory data) in terms of its establishment, organization of content and modifications, are used exclusively for fulfilling the contract. For goods to be delivered, for instance, your name and address must be relayed to the supplier of the goods.

(2) Without your explicit consent or a legal basis, your personal data are not passed on to third parties outside the scope of fulfilling this contract. After completion of the contract, your data are blocked against further use. After expiry of deadlines as per tax-related and commercial regulations, these data are deleted unless you have expressly consented to their further use.

Making Contact

Upon contacting the provider (e.g. via contact form or e-mail) the information given by the user is stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry as well as in case follow-up questions occur.

Comments and Contributions

When users have posted comments or other contributions, their IP-addresses are saved. This is to safeguard the provider in case somebody’s written comments and/or contributions contain unlawful contents (insults, forbidden political propaganda, etc.) In this case the provider himself could be sued for the commentary or contribution and is therefore interested in the identity of the author.

Inclusion of Third Party Services and Contents

It may occur that as part of this online service, contents provided by third parties such as videos on YouTube, maps by Googel-Maps, RSS-Feder or graphics from other websites are included. This is always based on the condition that the providers of these contents (subsequently named “third party providers”) notice the users’ IP-address because without the IP-address they could not send the contents to the browser of the respective user. Therefore the IP-address is required for the presentation of thoses contents. We endeavour to only use contents that their respective providers solely use in order to supply those contents. However, we have no influence in case the third party providers use the IP-address for example for statistical purposes. As far as we are aware of this, we inform the users about this.

+1 Button by Google+

The service uses the “+1” button by the social network Google Plus which is run by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). The button is identifiable by the “+1” mark on a white or coloured background.

When a user accesses the website of this service that contains such a button, the browser sets up a direct connection with the Google servers. The content of the “+1” button is directly transferred by Google to their browser and included in the website. Therefore the provider has no influence on the volume of data collected by Google with the button. According to Google, without clicking on the button, no personalized data are collected. It is only for logged-in members that such data, among others the IP-address, are collected and processed.

Purpose and extent of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Google as well as your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy can be found by the users in the Google privacy policy notices regarding the the “+1” button: http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html und der FAQ: http://www.google.com/intl/de/+1/button/.
